Students or persons who are experiencing problems or have a complaint are encouraged to first contact the person or persons involved. Enrolled students may request further action by contacting the Vice President that manages your course. Potential students or others may refer problems or complaints to the appropriate Team Leader - if the issue remains unresolved, requests for further action may be submitted to the President.
